Four Tiers. One Program.
Choose the level of partnership that fits how you want to engage — by how active you want to be, and how long you want to participate. You can pick a different tier for each referral.

Tier 1 — Passive Intro, Short Payout
12.5% · First 6 Months
Best for: clean introductions where you want predictable, near-term compensation.
You make the introduction. Essenti takes it from there. Higher percentage on a shorter window — faster payout, no retention risk past month six.

Tier 2 — Passive Intro, Long Payout
10% · First 12 Months
Best for: when you believe the relationship will grow and want longer-term participation.
You make the introduction. Lower percentage but a longer window means you share in the upside if the client expands or stays beyond six months.

Tier 3 — Active Partnership, Short Payout
17.5% · First 6 Months
Best for: deal involvement with predictable, near-term compensation.
You join initial discovery calls, help position throughout the sales process, and support the deal through close. Highest percentage on a shorter window — best monthly rate, no retention risk past month six.

Tier 4 — Active Partnership, Long Payout
15% · First 12 Months
Best for: deep partnership with longer-term participation.
You join discovery calls and help close the deal. Lower monthly rate than Tier 3 but a longer window means you share in expansion and retention upside.
Tier Comparison at a Glance
Every tier is designed to reward a distinct level of engagement. The structure makes it easy to self-select based on your bandwidth, your relationship with the client, and how much you want to stay involved after the introduction.
Flexible by Design
You're not locked into a single tier across all your referrals. Each introduction is its own decision — pick the tier that fits the specific client and your relationship with them.
Tier elections are confirmed in writing before the client signs, so there's never ambiguity about what applies.

Default tier is Tier 1 unless you and Essenti mutually agree otherwise before the engagement begins.
How It Works
The process is simple by design. Here's what happens from introduction to payment:

We Sign a Partnership Agreement
Before any introductions are made, we draft and sign a short agreement outlining the general terms of the referral partnership, including fee structure, payment terms, and termination guidelines. This protects both sides and sets clear expectations from the start.

We Agree on Tier
Before each introduction, you and Essenti confirm which tier applies. This is documented in a short email exchange or simple written agreement.

You Make the Introduction
Email, LinkedIn, in-person — however you'd typically connect people. There's no formal intake required to get started.

Client Signs
Essenti closes the deal and begins the engagement. Your fee window starts from the date the client agreement is executed.

You Get Paid Monthly
As the client pays Essenti, Essenti pays you. Fees are calculated on actual revenue received, paid within 30 days of receipt (Essenti aims to pay all recruiter commissions and referral fees the first week of each month).
The Details
Straightforward terms designed to minimize ambiguity and protect both sides of the relationship.
What Counts as Revenue
Revenue from the company you introduced during the applicable window — including all services they purchase from Essenti: sourcing, fractional recruiting, dedicated recruiters, contingent searches, and executive search.
Renewals & Expansions
If the client expands their engagement during your fee window — adds roles, increases scope — the new revenue counts toward your fees. After the window closes, no additional fees apply to continued or expanded work.
If the Client Churns and Returns
If a client pauses and returns within your fee window, fees resume. If they return after the window has closed, no new fees apply to the returning engagement.
Multiple Referrals from the Same Partner
Each new client introduction is treated as a separate referral — its own tier election, its own fee window, and its own documentation.
Documentation
Every referral is confirmed in writing before the client signs — a short email exchange or simple agreement that locks in the tier and key terms. No ambiguity, no disputes after the fact.
